Fantails are a very popular fancy Goldfish. Along with having long flowing fins, and an egg-shaped body, they are only suitable to be kept in indoor aquariums. Their body size can grow to around 15 to 18cm (excluding the tails) in length although this does depend on aquarium size, feeding and general husbandry. Something different to a common Goldfish, these are good choice for a fishkeeping novice.
